And What is NOC Approval Status for Capital Smart City?

The Rawalpindi Development Authority, also known as RDA, has officially granted the Capital Smart City Islamabad a No Objection Certificate (NOC) making it a legal housing project in the area.

This allows for the Capital Smart City Map to be considered legitimate and for individuals to easily purchase land. However, due to recent changes in the housing design that include the acquisition of additional land, the initial NOC issued to the society is currently being reviewed. As a result, obtaining an updated NOC is required in order to purchase the extra land.

The updated NOC for the modified plan and extended blocks is anticipated to be granted soon. Legal approval of any residential society is a core responsibility, and the Capital Smart City Islamabad’s NOC was legally approved by the RDA, it is a registered housing society. The NOC was granted due to the acquisition of additional land and will be revised soon for the extension of the blocks, hopefully, it will be presented quickly.
