  • 01 Kanal residential plot is available in the plan of the project that will cost the investor Rs. 5,950,000/-. The booking amount of 1 Kanal residential plot is Rs. 800,000/- and the rest is Rs. 643,750/-  per quarter to be paid in 8 quarters.
  • 10% extra amount will be charged for a corner, park facing, or main boulevard plot.
